Bill Bell.

I have been working with gold since I first found a few flakes of it in Wild Horse Creek in 1979.  I was soon mining gold quite seriously in any spare time that I had and soon began experimenting with it and making placer gold nugget jewelry.

Many years later I still mine some gold and make gold nugget jewelry but I have also acquired the love of silver smith work and lapidary.

I presently mine some semi-precious gem stones and fossils that I use in my art work.  I have mining claims in B.C. and Alberta. I prospect from Arizona to the Queen Charlotte Islands and gather rocks and minerals wherever I find them.

You can find some of my jewelry displayed at the Fernie Art Coop and more on my web page.
